Wonderful question!

There are many products (resources, books, audios, seminars) that help guide clients to successful life change but none more effective than one on one coaching (phone or in person).

However, the coach must be a trained coach or it is like the blind leading the blind- you may get somewhere but it will not be as easy as it could of been, nor as fast.

The weekly support, planning, success mindset adjustment and accountability offered from coaching cannot be substituted by a book or audio series.

For people who are not yet students but have decided to become one:

1. Choose a program.

2. At the bottom of your program page choose a payment option.

3. That’s it! You will then be able to begin training shortly. You will be able to choose from many program start times or you can always begin the self study version (included).

How to De-Stress Your Life

Having a good mental foundation is essential for coaches.

Be your own manager for a moment and ask yourself what needs to be done to dramatically reduce my stress?

1. Increased income.

Ideas: Your program has concreate plans on how to get income into your household. Revisit them and email your mentor coach about this. They will help put you on the right path.

Trust in God to provide. Just do what you love and let God send you the money to buy what you need and want.

2. Better health.

Idea: Write down everything you need to do to function at 100%. Yoga? Meditation? More salads? Focus on what you can do, not what you need to quit. (When we are in a better place we will tackle those things.)

3. More free time.

Ideas: Schedule free time for yourself. Alone time. You time. You are becoming a coach/ academy owner to have more free time for things you love (like your family). Make sure you schedule family time second (after your personal time with God).

Look at your agenda, what can you get rid of? Not try it again and get rid of even more. Be diligent. Put your sanity first.

4. Getting rid of tasks I loathe.

Ideas: Start compiling a list of all the stuff you hate doing. Now brainstorm who to pay or who to barter with to do these tasks.

If there is a task or two (or three or four) that you must continue to do ask yourself “how can I make this task fun?”

5. Stop my mind from over thinking everything.

Ideas: When stressed or faced with two many options always go with your first choice. Trust yourself. Trusting yourself is a way of trusting God as He resides in you.

Draw all your attention to the task at hand. This is called mindfulness. Pay attention to what you are doing, and focus on doing a wonderful (not perfect) job. Your will create a better end product this way.

What Contributes to Illness/ Disease?

The gene that diagnosis one particular disease or illness is becoming more and more elusive.

But one thing is clear: A healthy immune system is your best defence.

Work with a trained and certified health coach to ensure you reach a new level of health.

Factors That Contribute to Illness/ Disease

1. Poor diet. Too many grains and sugars. Not enough uncooked vegetables (greens).

2. Smoking.

3. Alcohol.

4. Pesticides.

5. Home cleaning chemicals. Use steam or vinegar and water (50/50).

6. Stress.

7. Emotional unresolved issues, especially parental resentment, guilt and the inability to say no to others.
